Guggachpark is a large residential development with more than 250 rental apartments in Zurich. Many tenants work during the day and are not at home. Therefore, it is important to provide systems that are tailored to the needs of the tenants and enable the smooth and efficient operation of the site.
The Site App enables efficient communication between all stakeholders. Through the booking platform, shared spaces can be managed efficiently, while the access management system integrated into the app allows access to be controlled automatically and efficiently for the booked period.
The Digital House Board displays important information from property management and the FM manager, while also raising tenants’ awareness of sustainability topics by, for example, showing the production data of the photovoltaic system.
With the Digital Parcel Locker System, packages can be received even when tenants are not at home. This protects parcels from theft, increases tenant satisfaction, and contributes to a calmer and more secure environment throughout the site.
The Site App combines all functions for tenants in one platform and supports the branding of the site.
