Yond is a mixed-use development that is being realized in several construction phases. Its architecture is highly flexible, enabling production facilities, commercial spaces, life science companies, offices, restaurants, and artist studios to coexist within the same site. As each type of use has different requirements, the project team sought a digital solution that can adapt to and support the evolving needs of future tenants.
The solution is a site-wide app that streamlines digital access management, allows tenants to reserve shared meeting rooms, and efficiently manages the site’s limited parking capacity.
Through the app, users can remotely open the main entrance and the garage.
The site app serves as a central digital hub for the entire development, providing key functionalities such as contact management, service requests, event coordination, document sharing, and the booking of shared resources.
Through the booking platform, users can easily reserve shared meeting rooms on demand, ensuring efficient use of available space and resources.
Limited parking and hybrid work are addressed with a flexible system where tenants assign dedicated spaces and share the rest via a managed pool. The system automatically allocates spaces for optimal utilization.
