Initial situation and objectives

The former monastery mill dates back to the 16th century and once belonged to the Dominican convent in Winterthur-Töss. In 2024, the historic listed building was carefully renovated on behalf of the Johann Jacob Rieter Foundation. Today, its appealing and versatile spaces offer an ideal atmosphere for business meetings and events. Here, technology was to be embedded gently into the existing structure, providing targeted support for the rental processes.

Solution

streamnow had the opportunity to contribute the website, the booking platform, and the digital reception, ensuring that the rental process runs smoothly and with as little effort as possible. The access management system was integrated in such a way that visitors receive a one-time PIN code, valid only for the duration of their booking.
