At Jungheinrich, streamnow implemented a digital reception that redefines the visitor welcome experience. Guests check in independently via an intuitive touch interface and are greeted personally. The deep integration with Microsoft Teams and Azure ensures that the relevant employees are notified in real time and that visitor data is processed securely within the existing corporate environment. In addition, the digital reception is connected directly to the entrance door via a relay – allowing access to be granted easily and in a controlled manner. The result: a modern first impression, reduced administrative effort and a seamless reception process.
